Baby Hancock | Clearwater Florida Fresh 48 Newborn Photographer

When I met Emily over a year ago, it was because she was photographing a wedding and I was her second shooter. We had connected via a Facebook group that we’re both a part of, and met in person for the very first time the morning of that wedding, on a beautiful October day. I had no idea then that Emily would become one of my dearest friends, and that over the next 16ish months, we would share meals and beaches and stories and dreams. (And even an OBGYN ?)

When I found out that she and B were expecting, I couldn’t have been happier (there was definitely squealing involved!), and was incredibly blessed by watching her grow with grace through her pregnancy into the mama that Jesus has created her to be. Celebrating and anticipating the arrival of Baby Hancock was a shining highlight of the past several months, and once she made her grand entrance, I couldn’t wait to peek at her and capture her in all of her wrinkly, pink, newborn glory!

I drove up to Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater for Baby H’s Fresh 48 newborn session on January 15th, just a little over 24 hours after her mama brought her into this world, and oh my goodness, was she tiny and lovely and absolutely perfect!!! It was an incredible honor to be able to capture such intimate and tender moments between Emily and Brandon and their new little one, and I’m beyond excited to share my favorites with y’all now! ❤️ PS – This is my first session that I’ve edited with more of a “shot on film with grainy goodness” style (I think I really like it, and I can’t wait to learn more), so if y’all have any feedback, I’d love to hear it! ? And now, without further ado . . .
